Here is a brief summary of how Kickstarter works for those unfamiliar with the site:


1. Go to the Kickstarter project (link below) and choose what you want to pre-order (Kickstarter calls each package a ‘pledge’).
2. Provide payment details but pay nothing now.
3. If enough people pre-order, the book will be created and payment will be taken.
4. The book (and anything else you order) will be delivered in October. I will keep everyone updated on progress being made.
